Silox India Private Limted, traces its history to the late sixties when the company came into existence as a part of the vision of the Shroff Group in developing import substitutes at lab scale and scaling it up to commercial levels. Since then, the company while remaining rooted in the Chemical landscape of India, has developed a Global Mindset through nearly five decades of business experience.

The company having been moulded into an Indo-Belgian Joint Venture Company (between Transpek Industry Limited, India and Silox, S.A. Belgium) during the Year 2001, have developed immense faith in the power of synergies.
